This 20 foot ladder without plastic sleeves on the chains is a strong, light weight portable escape ladder with industrial strength hooks that fit over most window sills so you can safely escape a fire. Quick Escape ladders come in 12 foot and 20 foot lengths to escape from second or third story windows. All include ladder stand offs for extra stability. Features: 18 Gauge Steel & 2/0 Double Loop Chain. Rungs tested to 450 pounds per rung. Steel, slip-resistant rungs are heavy duty and grooved for added safety. Displaces 25 lbs. per sq. ft.
