Quick-Escape emergency portable escape ladder is a 12 foot steel chain/rung ladder with plastic sleeves. The chain is threaded through a plastic sleeve and makes the ladder tangle-free. Ideal for use by children and older adults. It is tension tested to over 1,000 pounds. It can easily and quickly be deployed and is stored in its own corrugated case.
